Kentridge A4 Foundation Tour
December 21 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
R400Only a few places left. This is a very different sort of William Kentridge exhibition. The focus are his notebooks. It shows how he develops ideas and saves thoughts.
The exhibition is called History on One Leg, in true Kentridge style. The focus is a selection of Kentridge’s browse-able studio notebooks made over the past 15 years. They are presented with tools, routes and processes of studio work.
Our guide is Jessica Jones who works in Kentridge’s studio in Johannesburg. She has been very involved with the exhibition.
Jessica’s walkabout for Culture Connect will be on the first day of the exhibition, Saturday 21 December (it closes on 17 April 2025). It starts at 11h00 but I suggest you come early to browse (the Foundation opens at 10h00).
